Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Ratking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Ratking Labs.

The service

Ratking is an AI content generation tool. It connects to data sources you authorize, renders prompt templates with live data, and uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate personalized content. The service is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate, but we make no guarantees about uptime, correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Your responsibilities

Content you generate

You are responsible for the content you create using Ratking and for how you use it. That includes reviewing AI-generated output before sending it, ensuring it complies with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and so on), and making sure it is not harmful, deceptive, or illegal. We are a tool. What you do with the output is on you.

Data access permissions

When you connect a data source (HubSpot, Customer.io, PostHog, Mixpanel, Apollo), you are representing that you have the legal right to access that data and to use it to generate content. We pull what you authorize us to pull. We have no way to verify whether you have permission to use a given data set — that verification is your responsibility.

Account security

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at hello@ratking.ai.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ratking to:

• Generate or distribute spam, phishing content, or material that violates anti-spam laws.
• Access data you do not have authorization to access.
• Generate content that is illegal, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.

AI-generated content

Outputs from the AI may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that is inappropriate for your use case. AI models can hallucinate facts, misrepresent data, or produce results that look plausible but are wrong. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it. Ratking Labs is not liable for damages arising from reliance on unreviewed AI output.

Pricing and billing

Ratking operates on a token-based pricing model with a free tier and paid plans. Pricing is listed on the website. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing paid subscribers. Changes will not take effect until your next billing cycle after the notice period.

The free tier is subject to change. We may adjust free tier limits at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance, but we are not obligated to maintain any specific free tier allocation indefinitely.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We will also close or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the service. We will try to give advance notice when practical, but we reserve the right to terminate access immediately when the situation warrants it.

On termination, your data will be deleted per the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The content you generate is yours. You retain ownership of your prompt templates and any outputs produced using your data. You grant Ratking Labs no license to use your content beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

The Ratking software, design, and brand are owned by Ratking Labs. Do not copy or redistribute them without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Ratking Labs does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ratking Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ratking Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights — including the rights of contacts whose data you access through connected providers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date and notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
